Agreement
These terms cover Ricochet Tanks (the Discord Activity and the browser game) and crispergames.com, run by Crisper Games ("we", "us"). By playing or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Inside Discord, Discord's Terms of Service also apply.
Accounts
You sign in with your Discord account. You're responsible for what happens under it, and you must meet Discord's minimum age where you live. The game is free to play.
Fair play
Leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays the same game. Don't:
- Use cheats, bots, macros or modified game clients.
- Forge, replay or tamper with score requests, or exploit bugs to gain points.
- Disrupt the service, overload it, or try to get into parts of it you weren't given.
- Pretend to be someone else, including Crisper Games.
We can reject scores we believe are impossible, reset progress, remove entries from leaderboards, and suspend accounts that break these rules. If you find a bug, please tell us instead of farming it.
Your reviews
Reviews you post stay yours, but you give us permission to show them on our site and in our promotion of the game. Keep them honest and civil: no hate, harassment, personal information, spam or links to harmful content. We can hide or delete any review.
Our game
The game, its code, art, music, levels, names and logos belong to Crisper Games. You may stream and share videos and screenshots of gameplay. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
Ads
The website shows ads from Google AdSense to keep the game free. We aren't responsible for third-party ads or the sites they link to.
No warranty
The game and site are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise they'll always be online, bug-free, or that scores and progress will never be lost. As far as the law allows, Crisper Games isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game or site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Ending access
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may change or retire parts of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
